I serve as a Youth Ambassador, Advocate, and Speaker for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), where I work tirelessly to raise awareness and break the stigma surrounding mental health. Additionally, I am involved with Mental Health Matters as a Speaker and Volunteer, sharing my personal experiences and insights.

To empower fellow teenagers, I am the President and Founder of the Empowerment Club, a platform aimed at fostering resilience and self-belief. I actively participate my youth voice in FYSTRT (Family, Youth & System Partners Round Table) and KC3 (King County Community Collaborative), collaborating with like-minded individuals to shape policies and initiatives that prioritize youth mental health. I am the Washington Health Care Authority Youth and Young Adult Continuum of Care (YYACC) Youth Lead. And, am a member of the AAP Center of Excellence on Social Media and Youth Mental Health Youth Advisory Panel

Recognizing the crucial role of libraries in nurturing well-being, I am a proud member of the King County Library System's Teen Advisory Group. Through this involvement, I contribute to creating supportive environments for young individuals and promote mental health awareness among peers.

On a national level, I am honored to be a part of the Work2BeWell National Student Advisory Council 2023-2024, where I actively engage in shaping mental health initiatives for students across the country. Additionally, I am a dedicated member of the Advocacy Team for Free2Luv, an organization committed to spreading love and kindness.

I also contribute my voice and perspectives as a Volunteer/Ambassador for the Mindspring Mental Health Alliance, working towards creating positive change and raising awareness surrounding mental well-being.
Furthermore, I am actively involved with Youth MOVE National, amplifying youth voices and promoting mental health and well-being.

I've had the privilege of having my writings published in Kenmore's widely circulated newsletters, reaching numerous households, as well as on platforms like Medium, Authority Magazine, among others.
​
Furthermore, I've had the honor of serving as the Master of Ceremonies (MC) at the Welcoming Issaquah Event, where I stood before hundreds of people, fostering community unity through engaging activities such as dances and singing. Additionally, I took the initiative to host a mental health resource fair during this event, all while fulfilling my role as a teenage MC.

Through my various roles and engagements, I am dedicated to making a lasting impact in the field of mental health and empowering young individuals to overcome challenges and thrive.
